Loving God and Loving People
We love Jesus, believe the Bible, and have loving, caring people from many denominations.
The Chapel is a beautiful building in an ideal setting, but it is the people that are the church.
Come and visit us and you will experience God's warmth and love as we strive together to be what God has called us to be.

Hi Corey,
I want to give a special thank you for the chapel family, especially Tom who helped me by changing my tire. It is nice to have a family the looks out for each other. I find the more I reach out and give of myself the more I receive.

Hi Pastor Corey, I just want you to know that I heard from God this morning in our chapel service. As I shared this with my friends around the camp fire, they said they had the same experience. God is so good.

Hi Pastor Corey,
I just want to say thanks for the help from the chapel. Hard times have caused me to have to humble myself and ask for help. The helping hand has made a big difference for me in my time of need.
Hello Corey,
Thanks for the help in cleaning my lot. Charlie was wonderful.
The second Saturday of every month our men get together to eat breakfast and learn how to be a better man of God. We start at 8:30 AM and are done promptly at 9:30 AM so you can still complete your "honey do" list.
Everyone is welcome to come to the chapel. If you are not a member of the camping club, just stop at the front or back gates and ask for a chapel pass. The friendly rangers will give you a pass and directions if you need them.
Something to Think About: 3-25-25
We are supposed to have some great weather today. May even break the record for warm temperatures. I am meeting my nephew to play golf and am planning to have a good time. His dad is my youngest brother who is 20 years behind me. So, my little nephew is not so little anymore. He is finishing his training to be a fireman. I remember when he was little how funny he was, always telling jokes and you could see things from his little kid perspective. Now his life is going to be very serious. First responders see people on their worst day ever.
Our world is very uncertain right now. The only thing that seems certain is that the battle between good and evil is going to continue. In Romans 12 Paul addresses how to fight the battle. My human nature is to literally fight back, but with evil residing on all levels of our society that is not very effective. If you have ever noticed, Jesus does things the opposite of human nature.
According to Romans 12 we should overcome evil with good. Loving your enemies with the love of Jesus doesn’t sound satisfying if you are trying to get even, and yet we know that when people are loving it is hard to resist. If I have a pile of leaves that I need to take to the burn pit and it just disappears because a neighbor is being loving, that is hard to be mad about. A warm meal, a saved trip to the compacter, a get-well card, all these things show the love of Jesus.
My challenge for you this time is to be intentional in being a loving caring neighbor. The more we love each other the better life will be here in the park.
